RETAIL

Pre-Treat Clarifying Spray (12:46)

Mineral/hard water/chlorine remover, 7.5 pH. Saturate mid-shaft to ends, work into scalp, sit 5–20 min. Use between foils to brighten.

Quench Hydrating Shampoo/Conditioner (15:27)

Lightweight hydrating duo, good for fine/dry hair. Key ingredient: hydrolyzed wheat protein.

BioBond Shampoo & Conditioner (16:23)

3-step bond-building system for damaged/color-treated hair. Less slip than Quench — set client expectations. Key ingredient: bond-repair tech.

Fix Peptide System (17:38)

3-step damage repair, shampoo/conditioner + leave-in mask. Key ingredient: fermented coffee. Wait 4 min before other products. See Fix vs. Biobond comparison at 19:10.

Frost Purple Shampoo (19:42)

Tones brass without drying. Very potent — avoid retailing directly to blonde extension clients (over-toning risk); use in-salon purple baths instead.

Revive Scalp System (20:56)

Shampoo, scrub, and biotin gummies. Shampoo has zinc lactate (anti-dandruff) + Fix base. Scrub has almond/hazelnut shell (nut allergy caution). Gummies sold stylist-exclusive.

LumiGloss Toning Masks (25:18)

8 shades (clear, honey, frost, smoke, espresso, champagne, fire, brick). Use fire/brick sparingly — very intense. Great as color-balancing retail and pre-toner (see Pro section, 1:39:18).

VitaminSilk (26:28)

Heat protectant + detangler, “underwear for the hair.” Key ingredient: vitamin B5.

OceanMist (28:31)

Sea salt texture spray. Good for scalp refresh + updo texture.

KickUp (29:24)

Root lift spray, section-by-section application. Key ingredient: panthenol.

LiftUp Mousse (31:06)

Volumizing/curl mousse. Use generously for curls (3 handfuls), sparingly for round-brush blowouts.

BAM Humidity Spray (34:30)

Heat-activated humidity sealant. Layer with Vitamin Silk before heat styling. Key ingredient: chingula.

Bawdy (38:30)

Heat-activated volumizing blow-dry cream, “lip plumper for hair.”

DayDream (39:44)

Curl-defining blow-dry cream for thicker/coarser hair. Must comb through before drying to avoid stiffness.

PrimeShine (41:14)

Weightless argan oil. Cocktails well with Biobond conditioner or Definlay/Definaflex for finishing.

DefiniClay (44:34)

Matte clay paste (1/5 shine, 4/5 hold). Pairs with Prime Shine as a finishing combo.

Definaflex (46:12)

Semi-shiny wax (3/5 shine, 3/5 hold). Good for updos, braiding, curl definition.

ShineLock (50:58)

Working/setting spray, buildable hold without stiffness.

MindBlown Hairspray (52:44)

Firm-hold finishing spray (5/5), old packaging still in circulation.

Encore Dry Shampoo (54:14)

No white residue, water-soluble, doesn’t leave scalp itchy.

Retail commission structure (55:28)

3 sales paths (client orders online, coordinate-with-stylist, or stylist buys/retails direct). Online commission scales 35–55% based on wholesale volume.

PROFESSIONAL

Brilliant Lightener (1:00:54)

Traditional lightener, up to 7 levels. Mix 1:2, up to 50 min processing.

Brilliant Paint (1:02:33)

Open-air balayage lightener, silica-based (not clay), up to 7 levels. Works well in foils on compromised/fine hair too, not just balayage.

Diamond Lightener (1:11:35)

Strongest lightener, up to 9 levels, time-release pigments cancel yellow at 9–10. Off-scalp only, foil work at level 6 and below.

Envelop (Permanent Color) (1:21:01)

Best for gray coverage, level change, lightening. Custom-built shade system with tone intensifiers (used up to 50% of formula) instead of dozens of pre-mixed variants (1:23:13).

Charged (10-Minute Color) (1:28:04)

Non-progressive, 100% gray coverage in 10 min. Can intermix with Envelop (keep under 20% of formula to stay at 10-min processing).

Restore (Demi-Permanent) (1:33:12)

PPD/ammonia-free cream-based demi. Good for low-lighting, gray blending, toning.

LIQD (Demi-Permanent) (1:34:05)

Liquid-based demi, one bottle yields 3 shade levels depending on mix ratio (1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2).

Ignite Direct Dye (1:41:08)

Non-oxidative direct dye for pre-lightened hair, no shampoo bleed. Mix with Luma Gloss to pastelize/create custom shades without stocking extra tubes.

Activators — Standard (1:42:34)

Volume-to-lift chart for standard color (3–40 vol).

Bond Creator Activators (1:43:04)

Built-in bonding agent (no third-party additive guesswork). Available in 10/20/30/50 volume. Justifies a price increase — do not use at standard pricing.

Fix Prep Spray + Leave-In, Pro Use (1:49:03)

Apply prep spray before all chemical services (4-min wait, no rinse). Leave-in replaces conditioner post-service (4-min wait, then heat protectant).

Q & A

Highlights (1:57:00)

  • Fix vs. Biobond: Fix targets polypeptide chains (better slip/manageability for thick/coarse hair); Biobond targets disulfide bonds (lighter feel for fine hair). Switch systems if one isn’t giving results.
  • #MyFirstWin social promo: post + text screenshot to corporate for a $15 product credit.
